1. EmailDatabase©

New! Bug fixes, including setup fixes, and security additions!
Suitable for mass emailing and letter writing.
Can do lots of things, like filtering out categories.
It is the one program on my computer that I use more than any other program.
For this reason, it needs to be fast, easy, and intuitive.

New! Performs automatic scheduled backups via FTP or as zip files on your computer.
Manages your billing if you work as a consultant, keeping records of time and producing reports.
Keeps track of time you spend on the phone.
Reminds you to turn off the heat daily at 9:30 PM, or to mark an annual Hebrew date such as a Yahrzeit, or anything!
Stores older versions of files.
I wrote this because I found existing software unacceptable.
This is an essential program that everyone must have, to keep important data off site.

  • Replaces Microsoft Outlook and other email programs.
  • Retrieves email, with prompts for new email, and spam detection.
  • Save chosen emails and addresses in a modern encrypted database. Easy searching on not only words, but also categories, subcategories, subjects, people,organizations, labels, flags, dates. Can store communication other than email, such as faxes, letters, and Internet forms.
  • Saves text without unnecessary stuff like html. Cleans the text for easier reading and visual scanning.

Laws dictate that companies not destroy emails. Emails are used as evidence in court cases. Managers must get data fast, or risk punishments.

A lesson we must learn from history is that World War I broke out due to a failure of communication. Leaders failed to use radio and telephones, which were available then. Today we are making similar mistakes. Although database technology is mature, people continue to use email for communication with primitive databases. 25% of executives at large corporations say that their email is unmanageable. This program makes the email easily manageable! Find old thoughts quickly!

Microsoft said the following about their new planned operating system: "The ability to find and organize data on a personal computer is becoming increasingly important as people are able to amass more digital information. Right now, finding pictures, e-mails and a Microsoft Word document, all related to the same topic - say, a vacation in Hawaii - is time-consuming and cumbersome."

Are you planning to write a book? Store all the relevant information in the EmailDatabase so that you can easily sort and find things, and increase your productivity! You sent out many letters to the newspaper. Run a filter on the name of the newspaper to see all you letters. This is better than looking for email sent out to one person, as there are many people at the newspaper. Run another filter for all emails sent out to a certain person. This will tell you all the emails sent to the newspaper and this person. You cannot do this any other way without this program!

One of the board members of my community said that recently he spent a lot of time going through decades old correspondence, discarding useless stuff. Modern correspondence is via email and other electronic media. We need the ability to access such correspondence years later.

3. Timing and Backup©

Keeps track of your time and charges working on various activities. Very easy to enter data - just select a project, and press the green button to start, and the red button to stop the timer! You can run queries over the time. Schedule reminders. The program can remain open all the time without interfering with anything else, as all tables are closed. Easily query for the time and charges for each day, each month, or whatever Search the notes fields of the various tables for any words. Elapsed time in minutes is shown in the taskbar as the program title when the program is minimized.

Keep track of your growing children. Look back at the various comments you made over the years. Sort things by date, or by child. This is better than pictures, and pictures and video take a lot of time to watch. Here you quickly see what happened!

This works with InfoBank. Run InfoBank to do your banking work, and Timing will automatically keep track of your time! Run InfoBank making phone calls, and Timing will automatically keep track of your time!

You can enter 10 other programs in the system. These may be programs you run all the time, such as Microsoft Word. Click on a menu item, and the program will open. You are prompted to enter optional comments. It starts timing automatically. Press Stop when finished, and you have a record of time spent!

Scheduled Backups. You can use the program for scheduled or manual backups, as zip files on your hard disk, or online in your personal online space. List of files to be backed up are shown in a very user-friendly database table. Timing is better than Symantec @Backup, or Acronis file backup, as it is very easy to see at a glance all the files to be backed up, or to add files to the backup list. Furthermore, it will not fill up your online storage space, as other backup programs tend to.

5. PatientOrganizer © © Doctors can organize patients, to help them with their practice and research. The data structures include patient demographics, insurance, medications, diagnoses, outcomes, procedures, and notes. A mouse click informs you how many patients were taking a certain medication, or had certain diagnoses. Search the notes by typing in a phrase, and view the patients and visit dates.

6. Tutoring © © Permits you to keep track and manage students that require tutoring assistance, finding and contacting tutors, managing the reports and billing. Automatically dials the phone! Automatically sends out reports via e-mail!

7. RealEstate © © Enter personal data on clients and landlords. Automatically dial a person. Send email, with the automatic attaching of the reports, including pictures and floor plans. Keep free style notes, and then search the database for any words in these notes. Enter details about buildings and units (properties). Enter client preferences. Receive automatically information when a match is available between a client and an apartment. Keep track of unit rentals, sales, and commissions. Find out things like how much each person earned each month. Keep track of repairs. Find out how many repairs were done on each building each day, month, or year.

Zip software and a text editor
