This program keeps track of your time working on various activities. It will produce a file, optionally as a pdf file, which can be used to submit charges. You can run queries over the time.
In addition, you can schedule reminders.
It has the following features:
| • | Tables are closed when a window is closed or if the program is minimized. This prevents errors from arising due to some program crashing. The program can remain open all the time without interfering with anything else! |
| • | Uses latest technology: DBISAM and kbmMemory databases, Woll2Woll grids, ReportBuilder reports |
| • | Easily query for the time and charges for each day, each month, or whatever |
| • | Reminders may be associated with projects. If you fail to close the reminder window, and the Windows exits, the reminder will reappear when the program comes up. Reminders can be one time or reoccurring, hourly, daily, monthly, yearly |
| • | Search the notes fields of the various tables for any words. |
| • | Elapsed time in minutes is shown in the taskbar as the program title when the program is minimized. |
| • | Tables are encrypted, as all database tables should be, so that you are protected if someone intrudes in your computer. The tables can be viewed only from the program. |
| • | Grids. All the grid display formats may be changed by you. Move columns around, resize columns, and this will reappear as you set things up. If you wish to restore the defaults, delete c:\winnt\Timing.ini. |
