There are many powerful queries you may run over the database. If you select Day, then all the durations will be grouped for each day, with summations given. This tells you how much you worked each day, and how much you billed.
This is an example. For each day, the time and charges are shown.
You may select week.
In this example, the number of hours worked is more than 24, and so is shown as 1 day 13 hours, 24 minutes.
With the query menu, you may choose to run the query only over the project. In this case, you may elect to run the query from the last date of the project, or you may choose the last date the query to start the query.
In order to run the query, you must choose day, week, or month.
In this picture, we did not choose Day, and so Query is disabled.
Select Report to run a query and prepare the Report for the invoice.
