When connected to MyTrack (or Quote), you will see an icon on the lower right. This way you know you are connected. Stay connected only if you want to get updates. If you want to do analysis, disconnect. The connection polls the server, and this can interfere with the analysis operations.
Data from Quote is being developed, and so this option is not currently available.
Once you have signed up with MyTrack, and received a user name and password, you need to insert this into the patterns program. First, be sure that My Track is selected:
