You can create a phone book of selected items. You can then print this list, and carry it around with you.
Select an item, press Add to Phone, and the first line of the phone data after the key line will be added to the phone book, along with the third key. If you press Add Name, then the key line will be added. This is useful for adding, say, a list of words you looked up in the dictionary.
When you select a record, you need to choose three keywords. If the third keyword is BLANK, then all the records with the first two keys will be added to the phone book.
As you add to the phone book, duplicates are automatically discarded.
As you add to the phone book, a list of the keywords is stored in the Phone List table.
The first menu item, Empty Phone, will empty the phone table and the Phone List table. The former is the table of keys and phone numbers, and the latter is the list of keys.
To view the phone book, press View Phone. Here you can made modifications if you wish, and print it. The next two items permit you to view the tables.
You can recreate the phone book, based upon the keys you choose, by pressing Refresh Phone book. The advantage is that you now have a phone book that contains updated information. If you wish to create a temporary phone book, but do not wish to destroy the phone list you have, uncheck Add to phone list.
