Order:         The order the items will appear in the budget report.

Spent:        The item is listed with expenses in the budget report.

Income: The item is listed with income in the budget report.

Tax:        The item flags tax_ded when deposit.

Bus:        The item is for business. Not used currently.

Type:        The item treated in a special fashion when deposit.

       D: A deposit to a bank. A list of banks appears.

               b: The item will appear in the budget FYI, even though both spent and income are false.

       p: Payment to credit card. List of credit cards appear.

       s: Salary or pension. It reminds you to enter the gross.

       u: Utility. Reminds you to enter consumption as gross.

       c: Car. It reminds you to enter the mileage as gross.

Noch:        No ck number appears as default when deposit.

               E.g., budget cash. You can check the menu item when making a deposit if you want a check number.

Act:        Active. It is good to keep inactive records.

NoTax:        If true, taxDed will default to false, regardless of the bank. E.g., deposit and payroll.

 

 

Special items:

There are various special budget names which are used by the program. These names cannot not be removed.

 

BLANK:        This is replaced by an empty field.

cash:        For an ATM withdrawal or cash deposit

credcrd        Net transactions for the month for credit cards (charges less credits and payments)

deposit:        Writing a check to deposit money in a different bank

discrep:        Difference between actual cash expenditures during the month with the recorded cash expenditures

income:        Summarizes the month's income

invest:        Records a check written to buy stock

large:        Use with bank none. For unusual expenses FYI

payment:        Writing a check to pay the credit card

rate:        Dollar value of the foreign currency

saved:        income - spent

spent:        Summarizes the month's expenses

spentca:        Recorded cash expenses

taxded:        Tax-deductable item, neither expense nor income, as was recorded elsewhere

worth:        Current value of the st
