Spam. This does not use sophisticated technology to detect Spam. When you receive email, you can mark it as F (friend) or S (spam). It will remember your choice. If spam, the next time it comes it will be deleted before you see it. If friend, you will see new emails marked, so that you can jump to them first.
Spam cannot be saved in the database, nor attachments saved on the hard disk. If you wish to save it, delete the spam mark.
If you have a unique ISP, and your email is your_name@uniqueISP.com, you can flag as spam emails sent to strange@uniqueISP.com, where strange is a name not listed in Setup. Click on Your ISP, and enter your ISP. Be sure not to enter the @. Be sure to include the period (e.g., ".com"). Do this once, and it will remember it whenever you enter the program.
If you wish to see the list of emails not saved, open the Not Saved table, to see if you accidentally rejected email that you did not want to reject. |
