Sent to list

The next four items permit you to reorder the items in the SentTo list.

       Reorder makes them in alphabetical order.

       Original puts them back in the original order.

       Exchange exchanges the item with the previous item (or the last item if the first one is selected). This way you can get them in any desired order.

       Order by T, B, C orders the list with T first, bcc next, cc next, followed by i or x.

       Order by time orders the list with the latest sent first.

If you wish to save the list, press Save Sent To List. This will save the list in the Clipboard, starting from the selected item. You can then paste this into any other program.

View by time will save the names in the Sent To list in the default category in Personal Category. This way you can have people have multiple categories.

View by time. You can see the entire Sent To list, sorted latest first (or other ways, by clicking on the title). Press the C on the upper left to close it.
