Add from Clipboard after clean. This reformats the text from the Clipboard, removing extra blanks and such. It is useful if you select and copy a text from an Internet site, and wish to send this as email to someone. This code was written using WPTools.
Replace all from Clipboard replaces the body of the email with the clipboard. Suppose you have an email, but you want to replace the body with another text, which will preserve formatting. E.g., in Word you have your letter that you sent via email. Select the body, Copy, and then Read Clipboard. This will replace the body of the email with the pasted contents.
Replace Hebrew from Clipboard. You received an email in Hebrew, but cannot read it, as the characters are not Hebrew. This menu option replaces the email by correctly readable Hebrew.

You can choose whether the file was sent or not. The menu button Update from File Sent specifies the default. If checked, the default is sent. In the file selector, double click to accept the file. Press the C button on the upper right to close it, to be able to choose another directory and file.
What is unique is the ability to sort the files according to date, size, extension, as well as name. This makes it easier to find files.
This feature gives you the opportunity to add old Word files to the database.
Sometimes you receive email with the subject in all capitals. Press Subject Title Case to change the subject to title case (every word capitalized).
