Here are various misc items you can do.
Copy Body copies the body to the clipboard. Copy Subject and body copies the subject, date, and body.
Print. Here you will see what you are about to print. Use a filtered list! You can turn word wrapping off or on, or change the font by selecting a menu. You can also right click to bring up the editor, and make any changes you desire before printing. If you do not want to see the memo fields, such as Body and Comments, uncheck Print Memo.
Replace Address. If this is checked, when reading email, the email address will be updated. Otherwise, if there is a record in the address table, the email address is not updated.
Use Date Time Picker. The Date Time Picker is a calendar, making it easy to modify dates and times. However, sometimes you do not want to use it. E.g., you want to enter a date a few years ago, or you want to select and copy the date. Uncheck this. If you want to see the Date Time Picker, then check Show Date Time Picker. Uncheck it to hide the Date Time Picker.
Category Organization. When viewing the address table, if you click on Category, the items are sorted by Category and Display Name. If Category Organization is checked, then the sorting is on Category, Organization, and finally, Display Name.
Fonts brings up two font selector dialogs, permitting you to choose a proportional font and a monospace font. Hebrew Fonts brings up the font dialog permitting you to choose a monospace Hebrew font. Hebrew must be monospaced due to the internal calculations necessary for correct Hebrew rendering.
Show Date Time Picker Check to see the Date Time Picker, which brings up a calendar which can be used for entering dates. Times This will change the Date Replied when the form is made inactive (clicking on another form). If you double click on the date, the current date and time will be inserted.
If Date Picker Date is checked, then the Date will also be changed.
Run attachment. If this is checked, the attachment in the email body will be run, using the default program set up in your system. E.g., if the file is an xls file, Excel will run.
