You have choices how to save the messages.
If you want the email to be cleaned up from extra blanks and such, then be sure that Clean up is checked. If you want to keep the Original Message from the sender, then be sure that Original Message is checked.
If there are problems with the email, you can view the Raw message.
When saving, you may want to keep only one from, not a whole list of cc. Press Save From only.
