This program saves your email and any other type of correspondence that can be put in a text form. It stores all email addresses so that you can quickly find anything. You can send and receive email.

 

To send or receive email, you have to set up your name, SMTP, and such. See Setup.

 

When email is ready to come in, the title will say New Email. You then press the button to Retrieve the email. Select a Category for this email. Choose how to save the email by selecting items in the Messages.

 

To create email to send, see New.

 

To decide to whom to send it, go to Address and select the people. Add T (to), c (cc), x (fax), etc.

 

You may wish to Modify the email before sending. For example, select text from the Internet. You can paste the text into the email. The program will clean up the text before pasting.

 

You then Send the email.

 

If you have a file, such as an email from another program that you saved, you can Load the email into the database.

 

To search for an email, use Finding or Filters. Search for a text string, for a person email was sent to or received, by category, date, flag, label, organization.
