The emails you receive are stored in a database. Here is how it looks:

Press the R to see the email in full screen, rather than each email in a row.

ID is a counter, which is automatically incremented as new email is added to the database.

T_ID is a counter for threads. Click on T_ID, and it will change to aqua, and ordered by thread.

Subject is the subject of the email. Click on Subject, and it will be ordered by subject. You can then type in a subject in the search bar on top to find something.

Date, Time give the date and time the email was sent, in your time zone. Bias is the number of hours to add to get the sender's time.

Date Received is the date you actually downloaded the email.

Category and subcategory. Click on this and it will be sorted by category

Sent is checked when the email was sent.

Keep: You can uncheck this if you want to delete it later.

The next things are the list of senders. cc is T, To, or C, copy, or x faxed:

       T        Sent to

       c        cc

       b        bcc

       F        From

       R        Reply to

       x        faxed

       i        Sent by filling out an Internet form

       L        A letter was mailed

       O        Other communication, such as a phone call.

 

       

Ordr: This gives the order of the addresses. You can change the order.

Sent To: Give the name of the person sent to. Double click on this, and the address record will come up.

 

Press on C to close the Sent to grid. You will then see

You can set the Flag. Useful if you want to deal with this email later.

Prity: Priority.

Label. You can give labels to the email. This allows you to view email with a certain label.

Notes. You can add notes. The program automatically gives notes.
