You can change the email before saving it.
Press Blank lines to add blank lines after each paragraph. Sometimes email comes in with paragraphs identified by indention rather than a blank line. When the email is cleaned, it will appear as one single paragraph. Adding blank lines will make it appear as paragraphs when saved.
Press Subject Title to change the subject to title case.
