One of the important features of the email database is categories. You decide how to file each email. You can set up a filter, and change the category of one record, then press Change Category to change the categories of all the records in the filtered table.

 

 

Cat. This is a read only informative field. In general, you may change the category. However, if subject exists in the email database, the category must be that of the existing record. You will not be able to change it without changing the subject. The value of Cat will be, in this case, S (Subject). If the address exists in the database, but not the subject, then it will default to the category of the address, and Cat will have the value A (Address). You may change it. If both the subject and address exist, the value is B. If nothing exists, Cat will be D (Default).
