Education is the only proven way to change human behavior. This has been verified by the millennia of human existence. Education is communication. This means that educators must communicate with their students and colleagues. This is the reason our task is so important, for we are responsible for changing others. How do we change people via education? By communication. This is what teaching is. Any breakdown in communication is a failure in education.

 

Communication is talking and listening. We must try to understand their point of view and respond to it.
