One thing we need to do is to have more competition among teachers. Maybe let teachers move around schools for short periods, so that students can be exposed to different teaching styles. What really must be done is for more professors to spend time in classrooms, which is not done at all. If you cannot tolerate this professor (me), you will not be able to tolerate other professors.
